Puerto Rican Day Parade

Fifth Avenue today was transformed into a sea of red, white, blue, and merengue. I stopped by for a while, mixed in with the largest crowd of people ever, at the 52nd annual PR Day Parade. Due to the great Hispanic population, specifically Ricans, NYC has the largest of all PR Parades in the nation [besides the fact that NY is the best at everything.] find more history about the event here. I think it's just a lot of fun. Especially for tourists, just to get a taste of NYC culture and that kind of stuff. See pictures below.
