I hate T-Mobile.

I currently find myself phone-less and $98 poorer all because T-Mobile makes stupid decisions without telling me. I loove how they let me pay my bill [hence the lost $98] before they tell me some nonsense that my phone had an 'illegal activation' and that I would have to go 'get a refund and call Risk Assessment.' I don't know what this means. All I know is that A) I have no phone. B) It's SO hard to get a refund, ever. Let alone two months after I got my phone. And C) Someone at T-Mobile screwed up because I'm being charged twice on my card for the bill that they stole from me and this means my current balance has a negative sign before it. Am I being screwed over or WHAT?!

The sad thing is, I AM SO looking forward to the new Sidekick Blade that's coming out probably this summer, but I'm SO fed up with T-Mobile that I doubt I'll submit myself to this again.
